RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A reservation is binding for both the guest and the property. Upon booking, the guest's credit card will be charged NOK 100. The remaining balance for the stay will be charged two weeks prior to arrival. If the reservation is made less than two weeks before arrival, the full amount will be charged immediately.

Children
Children under the age of 3 who sleep in another person's bed stay for free. When filling out the booking form, please select the number of paying guests accordingly. For children under 3 who will be sleeping in their parents' beds, there’s an option further down in the form.
For children under 12 sleeping in their own beds, we offer a discount of NOK 300 per night off the regular price. A cot can be provided for NOK 100.
Parking
Due to limited capacity, our parking spaces are reserved for guests staying in our apartments. Please note that if you have a large vehicle, it’s best not to park by the house. We recommend that guests in the dormitory use nearby public parking options, which are free of charge.
Changes
Any changes to your reservation cannot be made through this booking form. Please contact our hotel management at hello@bluehouseodda.com for assistance.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, any amount paid will not be refunded.
If you cancel more than 2 weeks before your arrival, the NOK 100 paid at booking will be applied to the cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before arrival will result in the full payment for the stay being non-refundable.
HOUSE POLICY
The entire property is a non-smoking area.
Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the apartments.
Pets are not allowed, and all our rooms are allergy-friendly.
Due to limited capacity, our parking spaces are reserved for guests staying in our apartments. We recommend guests in the dormitory use nearby public parking.
Always leave the key in the box when you leave your room.
We kindly ask you to tidy and clean the kitchen after use and start the dishwasher if needed.
Check-In/Out
Check-in begins at 16:00. For earlier check-in, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Check-out for apartments is by 12:00. Please place the “We left”-sign on your door.
Check-out for the dormitory is by 11:00.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 06:00.
Parties or events are not permitted, as they may disturb other guests.
We do not take responsibility for guests’ belongings.
If the fire alarm, elevator alarm, or other emergency services are triggered by guests, a fee will be charged to cover costs.
Any damage to equipment or property must be reported and compensated. Guests are financially responsible for damages caused by negligence. If damage is discovered after your stay, we reserve the right to charge you accordingly.
Guests are also financially liable for their visitors.
We recommend that all guests obtain appropriate travel insurance.
Force Majeure: If The Blue House is unable to accommodate you due to unforeseen circumstances (such as strikes, fires, wars, natural disasters, etc.), we cannot be held accountable.
